I was first attracted to Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) because I was intrigued by the work which financial consultants do. In all honesty, it was a career which I, on hindsight, imprudently overlooked. Upon attending the first part of the interview, I was immediately bowled over. Steven's candour and enthusiasm only serve to pique my interest in the roles and responsibilities of a financial advisor. His affable and genial disposition made me at ease while his assuring confidence in assuaging my concerns put all of my reservations to rest.
The second part of the interview was unlike anything I envisioned it to be. I was surprised yet impressed with the way it was structured and conducted. In place of the conventional questions and answers, which can be rather impersonal at times, was an informal, almost camp-like atmosphere. Rapport was easily built with the various managers and with that, comfort and conversation. I really appreciated the close interactions I had with the various managers who readily shared with me their vast experiences and successes. The energy, passion and drive which they emanate while sharing, convinced me that Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) is the place to be. And showing that they practice work life balance and ethical business practices while remaining focused on goals, the managers have earned my respect.
Finally, I was deeply moved by the constant support and guidance which my manager Steven extended to me despite our relatively brief encounter. I feel heartened at the lengths that they went through to see that I assimilate well into Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®). Under their tutelage, I was given many opportunities to integrate the concepts that I have learnt and to hone my skills. It was, and still is comforting to know that I can always count on them to be there, be it for product knowledge or situational advice.
